Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Urban Techie (www.urbantechie.online).
We want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be attached
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, quality, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used bags
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased during Clearance/Sale
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at info@urbantechie.online with your Order ID and return reason
  2. Our team will review your request
  3. If approved, we will send you the return instructions
  4. Ship the item back to the provided return address
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund/exchange will be processed

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refund will not be issued if the product fails quality inspection

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer/UPI.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Wrong product received
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Size or variant exchange (if available)

If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • A wrong item

Please email us within 48 hours with photos/video as proof.
After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If cancellation is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

8. Return Shipping Cost

  • For customer-initiated returns (not liking the item, wrong selection), the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer
  • For our errors (wrong/damaged item), Urban Techie will cover the return shipping cost
